On a cloudy day, get your sunshine on!

I’m seven and a half months postpartum and let me tell y’all, at times, with my full plate and whole life, it’s been tough to shower, get to my Peloton rides or runs, or even eat in a way that is supportive of my breastfeeding journey as well as that of holistic healing. So I took a twofold gamble that’s paid off!

I decided to subscribe to kencko* for my 2.5 servings of fruits and veggies each smoothie. This afternoon I drank two! So, yellows (pictured) contains 1/3 carrot, a slice of pineapple, 1/2 banana, 1/5 mango, and 0.5g cinnamon for immune support. It contains vitamin A for eyes and immunity, cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties, and vitamin C is great for skin and immunity. The oranges contains 1/2 orange, a slice of pineapple, 1/4 papaya, 1/2 apple, 1/2 rhubarb stalk, and 0.15g turmeric. This blend helped me power up! The vitamin C helps support cells, the antioxidants have anti-inflammatory properties, and finally the natural sugars are great for fast energy.

And y’all know I like to create my beauty from the inside out, right?

Well, let me introduce you to one of my favorite products - Counter+ All Bright C Serum. It should be called the All Good Serum. This serum is made with two ultra-stable forms of vitamin C, it brightens skin while helping reduce the appearance of dark spots. Turmeric and camu camu extracts help protect against dark spots and defend skin from the damaging effects of environmental stressors — revealing a more youthful-looking complexion. I can attest to this! My skin is brighter and more clear since I began using it last week. I’ll keep you posted.

I love the sun and I also love that I can get my sunshine on with smoothies and my skincare!
